One of the lovely things about Sarah is that she feels like our friend, she listens to our concerns, empathises and encourages. Sarah see's our child as part of a family and includes younger ( and older siblings) whenever they want to join in. Its a very holistic approach. Sarah has enabled my child to communicate to us and have a voice, to tell us what she needs and feels. She is a happier child because she knows we are trying to help her be understood. I am always particularly impressed by the speed with which Sarah carries out tasks which she has agreed to help us with, often , tasks over and above what would normally be expected of them.
