About Bindu
Bindu joined the Southern ITS Team as a Speech & Language Therapist in 2011, having previously worked within Healthcare services and private practice.
Bindu's specific areas of interest are within neurological and gastro/non-specific dysphagia, she also concentrates on the assessment and mangement of progressive conditions. She has specialised in swallowing difficulties, language difficulties and speech difficulties. Bindu is currently undergoing training in areas of the voice and tracheostomy managment.
Bindu likes to work closely with family and carers during the rehabilitation process and aims to offer a client-centred approach within her practice, offering goal-bound, evidence-based interventions.
