These can be used in speech sound work to promote children learning letter sounds and names.

vowel chart 1
Vowel chart - Pictures of the vowels used in our sound system, to help children to learn to remember vowels with the help of a picture.
Put a consonant picture in the middle of the sheet of vowels and encourage your child to practice saying the consonant picture followed by the vowel picture e.g s ee, sor. You will find these will make short words.
N.B this work should not be attempted without the advice of your Speech and Language therapist.
