Sessions can be purchased by a family and can take place in the family home, the client's educational setting or in our clinic.

Music Therapy
Music Therapy uses improvised music and sound (with accessible instruments and voice) as an alternative, non-verbal means of communication and expression.
The sessions are client-led, which means that the therapist uses the spontaneous music, sounds or behaviour of the client as a starting point, responding in a way that encourages and supports him/her to experience and express a wider range of emotions, to interact and to discover what it is like to be in a meaningful, communicating relationship.
The overall aim is to promote psychological well-being through facilitating positive changes in the way that the client communicates with others, builds relationships, and develops self-awareness and confidence.
It also aims to provide a meaningful and appropriate way for the client to express emotions, both negative and positive, in a safe and supportive environment.
